Rural districts and municipalities in Schleswig-Holstein
Schleswig-Holstein is a state with no less than 1,116 independent communes, i.e. towns or villages, divided up into eleven rural districts and including the municipalities of Kiel, Lübeck, Flensburg and Neumünster.
