Collection of data
1. Using the internet page
When the internet page is called up, the WTSH receives valid data that can be recorded (eg. IP addresses, date, time and pages that have been viewed.) These data are assessed by the WTSH in order to get information about user behaviour and to chart statistics. We wish to make it clear that these data are solely used for statistical purposes. No attempt at connecting these data to the relevant IP address is made. All measures conform to the high standards of the teleservice data security law (TDDSG). Any kind of personal utilisation is strictly forbidden.

2. Making contact via the contact form, taking part in surveys.
Personal data from the contact form will be recorded to make contact via electronic media. If the contact form or E-mail shows interest in the WTSH`s general or specialised services, the personal data will be used for consulting, or to send the relevant information about these services.
Anonymous data (eg. from opinion polls) will be recorded for statistical purposes. Any kind of personal utilisation is strictly forbidden.

3. Using personalised on-line services
If you make use of the WTSH's personalised services in its internet pages (eg. TechMail), we ask for certain details about your person. Only details necessary for the conractual relationship or for the realisation of services are compulsory. The data necessary for your utilisation of the various services (valid data) is employed by the WTSH or our technical parners (who are also committed to the laws of data security) for technical procedures or for billing these services. Right to recall
Should you not wish the WTSH to circulate your personal data or you wish the data to be deleted, we will act accordingly. Data urgently required for the completion of a contract or for commercial purposes cannot be cancelled or deleted. Please take into consideration that personalised service must be discontinued in the case of a recall of rights, as it is based on utilisation of clients' data.
