If you want to develop and improve, you need a goal, and one you are guided by. That is why the Business Development and Technology Transfer Corporation of Schleswig-Holstein (WTSH) now has a Mission Statement. It was compiled by all our staff and approved our controlling bodies. It conveys our vision, our values and our mission; it lays down mandatory guidelines for ourselves and the work we do; and it explains our positioning to our clients and partners.

WTSH, which is owned by the federal state of Schleswig-Holstein, the Chambers of Industry and Commerce and the institutions of higher education in the state, is the main business development agency in Schleswig-Holstein. We are the one-stop agency for each and every company that wants to set up business or expand in Schleswig-Holstein. Our focus is most definitely on small to mid-sized businesses.

Our goals are progressively becoming reality through the work we are doing. Through this we contribute to the greatest possible extent to the creation of added value and new jobs in Schleswig-Holstein. We demand a great deal of ourselves, our competencies, the quality of our services, and the resultant benefits for our clients and the state of Schleswig-Holstein. We intend to position ourselves at the very front of the field by becoming the most successful business development agency of any German state.

WTSH sees itself as a customer- and service-oriented business development facility. We are not just consultants but, above all, service providers. Our approach is to work hand in hand with our clients to solve their problems.
