WTSH is the German abbreviation for the Business Development and Technology Transfer Corporation of Schleswig-Holstein. Our name says it all, and at the same time stands for unbureaucratic paths and procedures in providing an extensive portfolio of services for companies wanting to do business in Schleswig-Holstein or set up here.
We advise and look after you in everything to do with setting up a business, foreign operations, innovations, industrial property rights and business development programmes. We find the right site for your business. We facilitate your entry into international markets, e.g. through our representative offices in other countries or organising joint stands at national and international trade fairs. We accompany you in your technological research and development work, e.g. through patents research carried out on your behalf. We support you in applying for government grants. And we help you to find suitable cooperation partners for your projects as well as encouraging cooperation between companies in our state, e.g. through cluster management.

WTSH is a company owned by the German state of Schleswig-Holstein, the Chambers of Industry and Commerce and the state’s institutions of higher education.

Effectively bundling competencies and exploiting synergy effects – one of WTSH’s strengths is efficient and uncomplicated collaboration with our partners.
